Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. xeltrani is not responsible for any delays that occur during transit beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at xeltrani@wshu.net. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund process.
