Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with xeltrani. We are committed to providing high-quality natural oral care products, including our handmade eco-friendly Miswak Siwak Wooden Toothbrush with handle. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at xeltrani@wshu.net or by phone at 0113 372 9552. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, which are natural and handmade, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is defective or significantly different from your order. If you believe your product qualifies, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at xeltrani@wshu.net or call us at 0113 372 9552 with your order details and a description of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund through your original payment method (PayPal). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on PayPal and your financial institution.

Refund amounts will be limited to the price paid for the product(s) only. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by emailing xeltrani@wshu.net or calling 0113 372 9552. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please do not discard any damaged packaging or items until the matter has been resolved.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Refundable Items
